Performance states
Green
Healthy performance relative to the configured benchmark.
Yellow
Performance warrants attention and additional investigation.
Red
Performance is materially outside the recommended range.
Neutral
The metric is descriptive and should not receive a performance rating.
Low Sample
There is not enough volume to evaluate performance reliably.
Cohort Not Mature
The selected lead or referral cohort has not had enough time to complete the full conversion cycle.
Data Unavailable
The required source data is not currently available.
Acquisition & Patient Events
Canonical events every acquisition KPI is built from. Using these consistently is what makes conversion rates comparable across locations, providers, and campaigns.
Referral, Requirement & Authorization
In orthopedics, referral source, referral requirement, and prior authorization are three separate things. Collapsing them hides where patients are actually stalling.

Financial
V1 financial attribution stops at the first qualifying completed orthopedic evaluation. Downstream surgery, procedure, and lifetime value are intentionally out of scope.
