Understanding Performance States
Green
Performance is within a healthy or recommended range. Continue monitoring trends and related KPIs for consistency.
Yellow
Performance warrants attention. Review related KPIs to determine whether access, acquisition quality, referral friction, or operational workflow may be affecting results.
Red
Performance is materially outside the recommended range. Use related KPI guidance to identify where the patient acquisition or financial process may be breaking down.
Descriptive / No Rating
Some KPIs provide important context but do not have a universal performance threshold. Evaluate these metrics against trends, practice goals, and related KPIs.
A positive trend is not the same as Green performance. Trend shows direction; status shows performance against the configured benchmark.
